• My communication background has given me the skills and the passion to persuade and convince people.
• I have as much vision and strategic sense than attention to detail and practical implementation. Bold ideas and visionary quantum leaps are only worth the effort you will put in their concrete implementation.
• I worked for a Chinese public administration for six years and held previously a position as a journalist specialized in Politics. I understand and know from the inside the mechanisms of governmental regulations, communication policies and public management practices.  
• My focus is always on the receiving side (audience, client …). Every detail is crucial to optimize the receiver’s experience.
• I am quick and spot-on to “feel” a product, a brand, a client’s requirement, define its specificity and the possible improvements to be made.
• I have extensive professional experience in Media and Communication in both countries. I know how to develop communication projects under various platforms, quickly, aptly and creatively.

• I am very good at planning projects or events to the last detail and setup roadmaps to follow, as well as optimizing, simplifying processes, establishing routines, prioritizing tasks and objectives.
• I am a fast reader and learner, able to go through all types of information, classify, summarize and present them effectively to non-expert audiences.
• When faced with a problem or an unexpected situation, I react quickly, creatively and practically.
• I have excellent skills to read people and situations in various multilingual, intercultural and interpersonal situations. I am from Belgium but have lived in China for the last seven years. I am very familiar with both cultures.
• I can organize and motivate a team in a positive and focused manner. My enthusiasm is often contagious.
